Director disqualification

Dear Friends,

One of my client was disqualified as director in his inactive company due to non-filing of Annual Return for 3 consecutive period on 17th Dec'2018.  Is there any way out to revoke the disqualification order issued by the ROC.  Please let me know.

You can file a Writ petition on Humanitarian grounds, and request to High court that such person not being a habitual offender be allowed to be acting as a Director.
