Director appointment

A Pvt. Co. there are 2 director , 1st director appoint 3,4 no. director without any premission of 2nd director and file all ROC compliance 2 nd director saying that now 1st director has overall control on Company because they are 3 directors in one side for every issue how 2nd director remove new directors
