what if in the public limited company all the directors have resigned and board is vacat as on date , there are no filing since last seven years .As there was a raid in the company all the accounts and fin data is not there. this company has been purchased by A limited.
How to make appoinement of the director on back dated , so as there is no violation of no. of min director ?
There is a dead lock in management.Shareholders should act faster.actually a company cannot function without director .at all times a public company should have minimum of 3 directors.An extraordinary meeting of Shareholders should be called for appointment of directors. an application can also be made to clb for convening of extra ordinary meeting of Shareholders
