I need to make a PRIVATE LIMITED FIRM for my BPO but dont know whom to make Director as doesnt wnat to Involve my family in my business.
Kindly advice.

You can involve any of your friend willing to become a Director in your Pvt. Ltd. Company.

I really doubt it whether someone will show Interest or not.
Is that a wise advisable Idea ?
A CA said he can arrange a director but will take annual renumeration but will act as a Sleeping director.
