i have yet to see question paper
As per the relavant Act the treatment of agricultural land is as follows
1. Ag. land in urban area
ans. is added while calculating the weath.
2. Ag. land in rural area.
Ans. is an exempted asset.
I am appearing for ICWAI final in the december pls provide me direct and indirect tax notes ( summarised form). bcz i do not have sufficent time to read in detail.
