Direct taxes committee of icai

ICAI through its Direct Taxes Committee makes suitable representations to the appropriate authorities on various issues arising out of direct tax laws from time to time which are brought to the notice of the Committee by the members across the country. The Introduction of e-filing of returns and establishment of CPC brought with itself various issues which remain unsolved due to lack of communication between the taxpayers and the tax collector. The Direct taxes Committee of ICAI has at several occasions taken up the concerns of its members relating to the issues so raised at appropriate forums. In furtherance to our efforts as a partner in nation building, ICAI has co-ordinated with the Income Tax Department to resolve the difficulties being faced by our members and also by other taxpayers and has thus organized a LIVE Webcast as per following schedule:
