DIRECT TAX PREPARATION
I am preparing for DT from VG's mat and institute practice Manual.. It will be possible for me to cover up the syllabus from both the mat.. But my query is how complete both mat just the day before exam.. Kindly help me out..

not possible to read every line in a single day. while studying now highlight or underline the important points of each page. that will be confined to 3 or 4 lines per page. read only this on the previous day of the exam. that is how people do. this techinique is even applicable to summary module. just a caution.... while reading A category topics like assessment, spend more time, and not just a reading of highlighted lines. earmark key concept problems now itself that should be revised on the day before exam.

If you are making short notes as you read, you may refer them the day before exams for 100% coverage of the syllabus.
If not, as suggested by Ruskin, you may highlight important areas.
But thoroughly go through PM, Supplementery material, RTPs and case laws without fail.
