hi sir myself surya i have register with bos in 2012 for cpt and my registration no.sro0478866 ..i have give 4 attempts for cpt but still not cleared it ..and now am done with my b.com and want to join ca couirse under direct entry scheme do i need to go for conversion or can directly apply for registration no....thanks in advance

A similar provision was available in the old course so logically such benefit should also be available in the Revised scheme as well however do refer your nearest Regional student council/Branch for more clarification.
Till the notifications on 57 FAQ's issued on the new courser and the Prospectus under the Revised scheme as well there is no mention of conversion to Direct entry scheme from Foundation/Intermediate but don't lose hope as the ICAI is going to issue many clarifications/notifications for benefit of old students so please wait for this month and keep yourself updated on the notifications posted at their site.
