Quick Summary
This discussion explores the best path to becoming a Chartered Accountant (CA) after completing a degree. Participants debate the merits of the Direct Entry route versus the Foundation route. Some argue the Direct Entry route is more efficient, while others advocate for the Foundation route to build stronger fundamentals, especially given the significant difference between a B.Com and the CA curriculum.

Direct entry route only, why you wasting time ?

If you want strong fundamentals then go through foundation..

If you want to skip foundation then try direct entry
For Direct entry , I think you need more than 55% or 60 % and above in last year B.com , just confirm .
CA is completely different from Bcom..Better to start from scratch..

Even school and college toppers may not shine in this course due high volume..
After converting to direct entry and joining CA firm for.articleship what are the proceedures to be followed
