DIR-6 not able to update email_id and mobile

I created a login in MCA v3. I have been doing online eKYC every year. Last I did was in May 2021.

Now when I login, it takes me to a page where all my information is there, except mobile and email_id.

when I try to update, its says oops, file DIR-6.

When I download DIR-6 all options except updating mobile/email_id are there.

What is this nonsense????
