Dir-3 re-uploading issue
How to solve the following issue? for DIR-3 form?
I uploaded DIR-3 but I did not go to payment gateway and close the site.
Now try to re-upload the form it give following error:

Following errors have occured while submitting the page:
The "Name and Father name" "Date of Birth" entered already exists in the records. •The Income-tax PAN "..........." entered already exists in the records.

search for the transaction status for the date on which you uploaded dir-3. if any srn is generated then cancel it first, then do prescrutiny of dir-3 again and then upload.
I think the DIN already has been issued with that particular PAN.
then search for it on mca website
Applucant has aready allotted DIN, please check the din via PAN Number

@ jagdish.. visit mca site.. then click on mca services... there on left site you will see "view director master data". click on this and search
Yes, right there, it can be search by name and date of birth but not by PAN.
note down din no. from there and then 2-3 menu just above "view director master data" you will see "view din pan details". enter din no. there and then verify it.
cancel the SRN and re apply it....
