Hi,
I forgot to file DIR-3 KYC for F.Y. 2019-20 for 2 DINs of LLP. Now i need to close LLP . But I have not filed form 8 and form 11 for F.Y. 2020-21 yet. Can I close LLP without filing these forms and without activating DINs.? There was no business since LLP got incorporated.

Further, without filing of DIR-3 KYC you cant go for strike off.
DIR - 3 KYC is must and penalty is there for Rs. 5000/- per DIN.
whenever, you will file it after due date it will charge penalty of Rs. 5000
