I have a query regarding *DIR-3 KYC*.
Director is having two PAN one PAN has been deactivated which is mentioned in MCA Record.
Now DIR 3 KYC form is not validating due to PAN validation issue,
*so how to rectify PAN in MCA Record*
Is there any solution??

in a case like this he needs to apply for a fresh DIN number and then file kyc after din allotment
how old DIN will be remove from MCA record??
you need to surrender your old DIN by way of filing DIR-5 within 30 days of date of such a surrender
surrender can be possible only if DIR 3 KYC form has been filled.
then i strongly suggest u file kyc application for the valid pan number. in case the problem still arises, then directly go for a fresh Din allotment in Dir-3 n then for Dir-3 kyc
