In MCA records, address shown is present address which is of UP. Permanent add of applicant is of telangana. There is no documentary record of such present address. How to file KYC in such case? Should i amend address shown on MCA to permanent address and file the form vd only such proof or is there any other way out?

Firstly You have to change in Aadhar card address. after that you can file kuch form
