DIR 12 vacation of director form approval
if we have filed DIR 12 vacation of director under 167 and if we have urgency to approve that then what is the way..as it is Non STP

Form DIR – 12 has to be filed with the Registrar within 30 days from the date of resignation of the director along with the prescribed fees and the necessary attachments

Dir 12 shall file by company within 30days director can also file its optional Dir 11 within 30 days the reason why he resigned
