Please tell is Board Resolution for Appointment of DIrector mandatory attachment for DIR-12??

Dear Abhishek,
It’s not mandatory.
But as a good secretarial practice and the Board who can appoint the Director (Board may appoint the Director and Member ratify the Resolution)
In reference to above I think it will be appreciate that along with appointment letter from the Company, BR can be attach with DIR-12.
