1) 2 Directtors are named as First Directors in AOA. AT THE TIME OF INCORPORATION is it necessary to file form DIR-12 ? This question is being asked because the names of first directors are already mentioned in AOA, which will be filed with ROC at the time of incorporation.
2) Should DIR-12 (Appointment of directors ) be separately filed with ROC for each director AT THE TIME OF INCORPORATION?

Though we mention name of first directors in AOA, in order to reflect on MCA portal, we need to file DIR 12 at the time of incorporation, you need to file only one DIR 12 form for both directors at the time of incorporation.
