Dir-11 & dir 12

No problem if you file any form first because they are to be filed by different persons...

.Roc have clarified that if DIR 11 is filed first a mail will be sent to the company reminding them to file DIR 12.....

The Company filed DIR-12 first and now when the director is trying to fill DIR-11 it gives an error "Invalid DIN". I put up a complain on MCA about the same but havent received any response. Please suggest.

I have filed first form DIR-11 but now when i am filing FORM DIR-12 there is a error at the time of uploading that DIN should be associated with the company. Please suggest.

New DIR 11 (dated 14/05/2014) is available for filing and there is no error massage in new DIR 11 while filing it even when DIR12 is uploaded and approved.
