In DIR-11, Proof of dispatch of notice is to be attached. What is to be attached as a proof of dispatch of notice if the resignation letter delivered by hand?

If notice of resignation is delivered by hand, the stamp and seal with the signature of authorized person, can be attached as dispatch n receipt of notice to company.
Along with the seal n signature it should be mentioned that received and approved by the company.

Thank you for reply. but what you are talking about can be used in acknowledgement of receipt of resignation letters.
we have to attach both in DIR-11 dispatch of notice proof and acknowledgement of receipt of letters.
for DIR-11, dispatch through e-mail is possible ????

You can attach same document in both, it is acceptable.

N in case, if u scan d signed document and in return, you receive d scanned copy of their receipt confirmation .. you don't need any other proof dear.
