Kindly guide whether I am eligible for gratuity I have joined organization on 21 June 2008 and will be leaving on 23 march 2013.

Sir,
Gratuity is payable only after completion of 5 years.
In your case, you have worked for 4years 9 months. Hence you are not eligable for it.
Dear sir
As per my information on.completion of 4 yrs and 240 days for are eligible for gratuity.
9.months make more than 240 days
Pl.guide in light of court ruling.
