1. If Applicant's name and father name is entered as per Income tax PAN details and DIN 1 form is also verified by giving is PAN then can we attach his PAN card as his ID proof even if the PAN card contains only his first name?
2. the address proof (Pass port ) of the applicant contains only his first name can i use this as his address proof?

the DIN form has to be supported by the requisite documents containing all the details..
as the application details and fathers name is entered as per PAN card which contains only the first name and the passport also contains the first name of the applicant... so in my opinion it can be attcahed for the address proof...
