I like to register LLP on myself (my father and me being partner). I live in Bangalore have all the documents (passport, PAN, Driving License for ID and address proof).
I downloaded the DIN 1 form, but it seems need a CA signing. Any one in Bangalore can help me to sign this?
remote signing also OK if legally accepted, but I don't know any CA myself.
also like to know what is the cost of getting signatore for 2 people.
Yes you can get the DIN filed though any CA all over the India provided you have approached to him with original documents or he knows you personally
