First of all Good Evening!!
Myself Gajendra Purohit, urgently seeking your help as i got rejection in the DIN application that i have submitted couple of days back.
They have mentioned the reason that father's name is not matching what it is in form and what it is in the evidences.
In Form, I have mentioned below details for my father.
First Name: - Madanbhai
Last Name: - Purohit
I have kept middle name blank where in other supportive documents submitted have father's name like mentioned below.
PAN CARD: - Madanbhai Chunilal Purohit
PASSPORT: - Madanbhai Chunilal Purohit
I have double checked everything and definitely no spelling mistakes at all. So what is the reason for rejection of my application ? i know that i have kept the father's middle name blank wherein supportive documents it is there "Chunilal" so do you people think this is the reason of rejection ??
Please help/advice me that should i contact MCA helpline or need to submit fresh application ? In Case of fresh application, can you please guide me what information i should mention in it just to be sure that i will get approval in the next attempt ?
