Din had been applied 2 or 3 yrs back. The provisional DIN had been rejected for non submission of Affidavit.
Can we apply for a fresh DIN now?
Or is there any other procedure to be followed??

Yes, u can apply for fresh din if its earlier status on site is showing rejected make sure its status should not be provisional
Earlier, the DIN had to be applied offline by sending the documents to DIN Cell, Noida whereby teh aplicant get the Provisional DIN. And after the DIN Cell receive the documents, they approve the DIN. But not the DIN is approved through STP if the application is signed by any Professional i.e. CA/CS/CWA after verifying all the documnets completely. So if you have applied the DIN Earlier which had been lapsed on account of non submission of documents, then you may apply the fresh DIN by applying online.
