I have DIN since 2017. I have completed DIN Kyc till August 2019.
I'll have to file DIN KYC again in 2020?
If yes, What's last date 31 march 2020 or 30 September 2020?

Yes , U are required to file DIR-3Kyc web on or before 30th sept 2020
You have to file DIR-3KYC Web. The due date has been extended from 30.04.2020 to 30.09.2020 because of the moratorium period provided.
DIR-3 KYC is mandatory for every DIN holder as on 31st day of March month.
In your case, you need to file DIR-3 KYC web with MCA on or before 30th September, 2020 without any government fees, If fails to file on or before 30th day of September, your DIN will be deactivated due to non filling of DIR-3 KYC and Rs. 5000/- Government fees to be paid to activate the same.
Hence it is advisable to file DIR-3 KYC web at the earliest to avoid the additional penalty.
