DEAR SIR

ONE OF OUR CLIENT'S DIN HAS BEEN DISABLED BY MCA DUE TO NON COMPLIANCES. NOW IT SAYS DIN HAS BEEN DISABLED FORM 32 NEED TO BE FILED FOR THE SAME! I HAVE 4 QUESTIONS

1. WHILE FILING FORM 32 , DETAILS OF ALL DIRECTORS NEED TO BE FILED AGAIN ??

2. WHICH CATEGORY NEED TO BE CHOSEN a) Appointment b) Cessation c) Change in designation ???

3. ANY DOCUMENTS NEED TO BE ATTACHED ????

4. WHOSE DSC SHOULD BE ATTACHED AS IT SAYS

    Managing Director or director or manager or secretary of the company
    (In case of an existing company, person signing the form should be
     different from the person in whose respect the form is being filed) ??

u can enable the DIN by filing Din 4 and update ur pan this way you can enable the din again and u wnt need to file form 32 again

If your DIN has been disabled due to Non-Compliances, you will have to make good the compliances first. Form 32 need not be filed for enabling the DIN

@ Arvind , @ Riddhi : Is there any time limit or period for submission of DIN 4 in case of non compliances ?? As per my knowldge regarding this case the time limit for submission of DIN 4 has been expired thats why MCA is quoting " DIN has been disabled and Form 32 need to be filed"

DIN HAS BEEN DISABLED FORM 32 NEED TO BE FILED FOR THE SAME
