1. For the existing companies which forms should file first while apponting the director Form-32 or DIN-3
2. Digital signature for newly appointed director is Din-3 is required to file before filling form-32

First you have to file DIN application and get it approved.
If existing company you have to obtain DIN 2 from Director and file DIN-3
But if you are incorporating new company only form 32 will do as it contains the consent of the director.
DIGITAL SIGN can be obtained any time before of after obtaining DIN as it has got multiple use and no connection wiht DIN
