My one friend is citizen of Australia / oci. He is India origin. Now he is staying in India since last 1 yr.
Please inform us about the attestation of documents for DIN application are to be done by Indian CA / CS or Australian notory or any other authority or MD of Company in which he will be the director in future?
The documents for your friend can be attested by the MD/Company Secretary of the Company in which he is being appointed as a Director.
