A foreign national who is visiting
and firstly we need to take DIN
can any one tell me procedure
Can Italian embassy or any Indian official can attest the documents

hope this will help you. there is no requirement to get the document certified by the ambassy . Any person from proffesional catagory mentioned in the form DIN application can certify the documents.
