Dear Sir,

I am Arfaz from Andhra pradesh I'm running a PVT.Ltd here. Now i'm willing to add my wife as a one of the director in my company. But when my Auditor applied for her. The message appears that she had a DIN already in that PAN number but she haven't run a company or she is not a part of any company as for my knowledge and also i enquired her about this. She also don't know.

Now, please help me how to recover this problem and how to find the DIN number of my wife without knowing the company name.

HI,

Just ask your auditor to log in the MCA site , in that service tab , click on second point.after that click on the small sign of magnifyng glass , it will ask the details of director .just fill that detailes.

it will give the DIN of director.

Enter exactly the name, date of bith and fathers name as coming on the pan card of your wife.

You will get her DIN no and when you click on the DIN no., you will also get DIN Applicaiton.

my wife's pan number is AUTPM4270B. Please help in this critical situation.

Pls give me your wife's name, date of birth and fathers name as exactly coming on her pan card or else email me copy of her pan card. My email id is nehajaincs @ gmail.com
