I closed my LLP on 25/09/2022. But I missed DIR -KYC for 3 partners because of that all 3 DIN has been de-activated. Is there any way to activate these DIN without paying penalty of 5000/- each DIN ?
Please guide. Thanks

Any KYC being done after due date of 30-September will attract late fee. If the said persons are partners or directors in other entities, make the payment and file KYC for them.
