DIN at the time of incorporation of LLP

When incorporating a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP), there's no statutory limit on the number of Designated Partners you can have. However, regarding Director Identification Numbers (DINs), you can typically only apply for two DINs at the time of incorporation. If you intend to have more than two Designated Partners who don't already possess a DIN, you'll need to incorporate the LLP with two partners and then appoint the remaining partners and apply for their DINs after the LLP is established.
