DIN at the time of incorporation of LLP

I wish to incorporate a LLP with 5 Designated Partners. My queries are :

1. Is there any limit on the number of Designated Partners which a LLP can have ?

2. If none of them currently have a DIN, will it let me apply for five DINs at the time of incorporation (I am aware that for incorporation of companies, only three DINs are permitted)

Quick Summary
When incorporating a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP), there's no statutory limit on the number of Designated Partners you can have. However, regarding Director Identification Numbers (DINs), you can typically only apply for two DINs at the time of incorporation. If you intend to have more than two Designated Partners who don't already possess a DIN, you'll need to incorporate the LLP with two partners and then appoint the remaining partners and apply for their DINs after the LLP is established.

1. No there is no limit
2. Directions can apply for DIN after admitted as partners also

1. there is no limt of designated partner at time of incorporation.

2. At time of Incorporation you can apply one 2 DIN.

3. If you want to incorporate with 5 designated partenrs. then all must have DIN.

4. if all are not having DIN. you have to incorporate LLP with 2 partners and appoint other 3 after incorporation.
