Now as per DIR-3- Application for DIN requires Digital Signature of Applicant. So every applicant of DIN have to have DSC first - Additional cost to the Company.

Yes Ekta....the new act has resulted in increased cost of compliance to the Company....
Even now to file any form containing DIN no. to be filled up, the DIN first have to modify to insert detail whether the DIN holder resident in India or not... so we have to modify DIN mandatarily to file any form containing the DIN no. of any person.
