Din application by a foreign national

In this case, only Indian Embassy or a notary in the home country of the applicant, who else can attest or certify the supporting documents of the foreign national to be the director of a new proposed company in india.

But in case, the Foreign Individual has come in India for Buisness Purpose, then by attaching the Business Visa to DIR-3, a chartered accountant/ or any other Professional can also sign the documents. In such case, no need to get the documents attested from Embassy or Notary etc.
