A private limited company is to be incorporated with 4 directors. None of the director is director in any other company , thus not having DIN. SPICe form allows only 3 directors that can apply for DIN through that form. How can we apply for DIN for the fourth director prior to incorportion?

in private limited company only 2 directors are required for min. compliance of companies act, So You can apply for din for 2 persons as a first director in AOA and apply for it in SPICE form... & during first meeting of director when company got certificate ,Took a business to appoint 2 another person as an additional director and pass resolution and prior to it file Eform Dir -3 .....Else you can apply for allotment of din before filling Spice form for 4th director...

As the Spice form only allows application of DIN for maximum 3 directors, you can incorporate a company with 3 directors and then you can add 4th director in the company by filing DIR-12
