I think you can file FORM GNL-4 (addendum) for this error. The registrar may then cancel either of the DINs accordingly.

RD Takes almost 2-3 montsh in rejecting the DSC. Better will also be to approach RD via filing of petition so that the DIN Can be cancelled at RD Level. However no penalty shall be impossed by RD as the error is of system and not the intension of director

File form RD-1 along with Form DIR-5 as an attachment & dont wait for their reply as it will take sometime. You should proceed with either of the DIN and take necessary precaution that the other DIN is never used any where.
