IF PVT.LTD.CO. IS INCORPORATED IN 29.01.07 AND UPTILL NOW NO FILING IS MADE DUE TO DIN 3 IS NOT FILLED. IN THIS CO THERE ARE 3 DIRECTOR FROM WHICH ONE OF DIRECTOR HAS DIN BUT RIGHT NOW WE DONT KNOW SAME FOR FILLING DIN 3(D.O.A BEFORE 01/7/07).
ALL 3 DIRECTOR R FIRST DIRECTOR OF CO.
SO HOW TO FIND OUT HIS DIN .AS IT NEEDFUL FOR FILLING FORM.
IN GET APPLICATION DIN (IN MCA SITE)SHOWS DIN IS LAPSED.WHAT TO DO IN THIS MATTER.
PLZ HELP ME OUT I.TS URGENT.......

You apply din for all the three directors & file Din3. after that you may file the documents

Hello Palak..
1. sign into the portal..
2. go to view public documents.. enter CIN of the company.. Pay Rs. 50/-..
3. download all the form that u have submitted at time time of incorporation.. (u'll get DIN of one director).
4. apply for DIN of other directors.
5. When the DIN gets approved, upload DIN3 for all the three directors.
