Din 4 & pan card name is not matching

You have to file DIN 4 as per the PAN details. In case there is variance in the details of PAN and DIN 1 filed. Then you have change the details of of the name and Father name as per PAN.For this follow the following procedure

Select the Directors name , Father's Name and Income tax PAN in point No. 2 Type of Change

Then fill point No. 3 and Point No. 4 as mentioned in PAN card thereafter Fill Pan No. and it will verify the details.

As DIN4 is PAN based, First of all made the necessary correction in the PAN and then file DIN 4, if any mismatch in name , father's name PAN no verification will fail.

The details of PAN must match with the details of DIN.

In case the details on PAN are correct, please ensure same in the DIN and if required, make necesary changes as per PAN.

In case the details on PAN are not correct, first correct the details in the PAN then after file form DIN 4 to correct the details. Meanwhile you can file DIN 4 with the details of existing PAN.
