it is an Online form and as it gets approved changes got effected.
DIN 4 is only for any changes in DIN 1 ................ for more please visit MCA site....www.mca.gov.in

As soon as it gets approved, it becomes effective.
How long does it take to appear on the site???That is whether the change will be visible in the Signatory list immediately or after its getting approved????
If it is signed by practicing professional, Immediately, otherwise 1-2 days.
