Is filing of DIN-3 mandatory for every director if he has to digitally sign the annual return and other forms ?
what will be the consequence if his Digital Signature is registered at MCA portal, but he doesn't files DIN-3.

DIN 3 is not applicable now.
If I recollect correctly, it is discontinued for the directors appointed after July, 2008.

Please note that Form DIN-3 is required to be filed for appointment of any director, managing director, manager or secretary in the company; where the date of appointment is on or before 30th June, 2007.
