When DIN-2 and DIN-3 must be filled by the director who is just appointed as whole time director in a company for the first time.
After the new compnay is incorporated or as he submits the DIN-1..??
Please tell wheter DIN-2 and DIN-3 is to be filled ????
Director has to mention his DIN to all the compnies in which he is a director in form DIN - 2 with in 30 days of approval.
The company has to mention DIN of director to ROC within 7 Days in form DIN - 3.
The concept of DIN 2 and DIN 3 is applicable only in case of the companies which are incorporated before July 2006 i.e. which are not incorporated under MCA 21. In those cases after the approval of DIN, the directors were required to intimate the company within 7 days of approval that they have been alloted the DIN and the company was required to intimate ROC within 30 days of receiving DIN 2 that the person is a director in such specified company. This concept is not used in the companies which are incorporated after July 2006 where all the director's information is given online at time of filing Form 1, 18 and 32 and whose names start appearing over the MCA portal just after incorporation.
