I have faced a problem while uploading DIN 1 to MCA21 website.
“The form version that you are using is not latest. Please download a fresh form and submit it again.”
I downloaded it again and continue the same problem. Please advice.

Wait till 13.04.2014. From 14.04.2014, under Companies Act, 2013 new e-form DIR-3 (for old form DIN-1) will be available on MCA portal for upload.
