Diluted EPS is calculated after taking effect of Potensial Share holders & In case of share warrant
BEPS= Earning for Equity share holders/ no. of share holders
BEPS= Earning/50000
DEPS= Earning/WAOE
where WAOE=50000+ No. of share for which share warrants have been issued
