Dilemma on job selection

Friends plz rank the big fours in order of preference means from 1-4......some ppl have some ranking and others some other and finally it doesnt match.....please tell the preference and the basis for the same!!

Also let me know whats ur take on PSU's like IOC,BHEL etc keeping in mind their steady working hrs and large no of incentives offered???
