As per my knowledge, procedure for getting Class-3 DSC is in similar line with Class-2 DSC. Video Recording of Applicant is Compulsory. Only thing is price of Class-3 DSC is little bit expensive as compared to price of Class-2 DSC. You can directly purchase from DSC Company. Similary you can purchase it from your nearby authorised DSC selling partners. Because authorised selling partners provides you better support,guidance and fastest delivery. It will take some time to get delivery from Direct Company. Choice is yours.
