is it compulsory to take again the digital signatures of the company which is not having PANo.
or the new PANO digital signatures are for
(i) NRI Co.
(ii) New Co.
(iii) Whose managing director has been changed
as per the notification dt. 9 july 2010

if it is first return with digital signature then it must be PAN based DSC. if you filled last year return with DSC then you can file this year return with same DSC which can be PAN based or not.
But if last year you didn't file return with DSC then in this year you have to get PAN based DSC. or if it is your first return then again you need PAN based DSC.
