I have got problem in performing Digitial Signature while registering a Producer Company for the farmers.
Everything works perfectly on MCA e-form DIR -3 that I downloaded from MCA Portal except the rectangle box where I need to digitally sign. Whenever I click that box to insert my digital signature it doesn't respond at all. Therefore, I'm stuck in the process to register due to this problem. I've checked the Digital Signature issuing company but they have no issue from their side regarding the digital signature. The problem must be with either MCA e-form DIR-3 or any other. Can you please help me?
I'm using adobe reader 10, and i've tried with 9 as well. If i click 'sign document' on the tools button it will say "The MDPfield in this signature is not valid". I don't know what could be the solution, I'll be really thankful to you in advance. Thank you.
