Digital signature not incorporated in pdfs

Hi.

I had Uploaded 3CB 3CD and ITRV from Java utility given by Income tax dept, after filing of 3cb 3cd and ITRV digitally signed one . I had downloaded ITRV as well 3CB 3CD but that pdf has not digital signed certificate incorporated in such pdf ,,but when i upload 3cb 3cd , ITRV from other softwares rather than JAVA utility( Provided by Incometax).

My Query is now how to get digitally signed pdf from Incometax site. as problem is not with Adobe reader i think?
