digital signature kit renewal -doubt

Dear frds / experts,

One of the company's director's DSC is going to expire....

1) How many days before we should apply for online renewal of DSC?

2) Do we have to once again select the option 'USB token' which charges extra amount?

3) Or else, Is there is any option to use the renewed Dsc in existing Dsc token kit ? or do the existing Dsc automatically gets update with the renewed Dsc?

4) The Dsc will be used for multipurpose activities of the company as well as for propriership firm. So which option should we select? whether it is 'individual' or 'organisation'?

Plz kindly advice with more details.
