Who are all the person required to obtain Digital Signature Certificates ?

It required to sign on line for authentication of documents .
Normally, wherever the Processes are online for some Registrations or Filings i that case DSC is required for digitally signing.
For Ex. For Company Incorporation , Directors and First Subscribers will need to apply DSC.
